Shipping Standards:

*Please note that our team does its very best to process and ship orders as quickly as possible, we strive for the following guidelines:

  • Orders are processed once credit card authorization and verification have been obtained.
  • Any order placed before 12pm EST will be processed and shipped the same business day. Please allow 1 additional business day for all orders placed after 12pm EST.
  • If an order is placed after 12pm EST on Friday, it will not ship until the following Monday.

Shipping Options:

Domestic:

  • Free standard shipping on all orders over $100.

  • Standard (6-10 business day)s: $10.00

  • Ground (3-6 business days): $20.00

  • 2 Day Priority (2 business days): $25.00

  • Overnight (1 business day): $35.00

- Standard Overnight shipping guarantees delivery by next business day if order is placed BEFORE 12pm EST. (Exact delivery time is dependent on shipping address).

    International:

    • International shipments are currently limited to Canada for a flat rate of $30.00.

    • All International orders are shipped via UPS and do not include duties and tax. Jo+Jax does not collect on duties and tax for international orders and cannot determine what those charges might be. Local delivery services may charge upon delivery.

    • International orders may be returned under the same policies as domestic orders. However, Jo+Jax does not cover the cost of returns/exchanges for international orders.

    Other:

    • There are no shipping and handling fees for purchasing a Jo+Jax Gift Card, as no product is being shipped out. All Gift Cards will be sent electronically.
